Sampford Brett Parish Council meetings during 2024-2025 are normally held on the second Wednesday of May, June, September, December and March (please check). Additional meetings are held as necessary e.g. to address a specific issue or if a planning application requires discussion. There is also an Annual Parish meeting held in March at which the council reports on activities during the preceding year.
Meetings are held in the village hall and usually begin at 6.30pm (but please check this website or the village notice boards before coming to a meeting). Members of the Parish are very welcome to attend and there is an opportunity for residents to raise matters of concern.
The agenda is posted on the village notice board during the week before a meeting and will be available via a link on this page.
Any matters you wish to raise should be submitted to the Parish Clerk in writing in advance of the meeting.
The minutes of previous meetings are available via the links below.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the work of the Parish Council, or if you have any concerns you think the council should be aware of or where it can help or support you.
